Spacious Bedroom: The enormous bed with snow-white sheets and an orthopedic mattress was so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a fluffy cloud.
Limited Change Availability: A minor inconvenience was the hotel's inability to provide change for large bills.

I would have to say that the victoria hotel is the best hotel in kharokov.(it should be 5 star) The girls at reception speck very good English they helped out communicating with taxi drivers. I have stayed at 3 other hotels in town before and I will only be staying at this hotel in the future. It is situated in a quite part of town and to walk to the center of town is a nice 15 min walk

Small, intimate and very good business and high end hotel. Excellent engish speaking staff, good spa department. Recommended!
Wi-fi connection sometimes unstable and consistently slow, but excellent coverage, also at the outside restaurant.

This hotel has a convenient location, close to the city center and old town restaurants. the value for money is good and it's easy to get to downtown. the rooms are clean and comfortable with many charging points in the room.
The bathroom needs to be improved.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it offered everything what was promised in its profile. Great staff were all very friendly and helpful! providing useful tips and making trip booking arrangements. The room was very comfortable and well equiped with all the amenities needed. A big plus was an unlimited internet access! Breakfast is absolutely fine, along with freshly brewed coffee for a good day start. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice room, though small, nice shower room, free WiFi, spa treatments
Being delayed whilst rushing to the airport in the early morning, to settle a laundry bill, when the day before I had already been told that all of my bill was paid. Minibar did not appear to refrigerate anything. Pool in the spa rather small and much too cold for swimming, really only useful as a post-spa plunge bath. For that function, however, it is much bigger than needed. When dining in the restaurant one evening, being obliged to listen to music over the hi-fi containing really filthy English lyrics. Clearly someone is not checking the music in their playlist properly. Having to pay 3 eur on top of the bar price to have a drink brought to my room.

I thought staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable. Shower very good. Hotel kept very clean.
I thought breakfast was poor, and very little of it. I know some of it is Ukrainian food but still not good.

the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and clean rooms. the strong Wi-Fi connection was a nice bonus.
the restaurant was understaffed and the menu was too limited, causing long wait times and a less enjoyable dining experience.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
